Eboni W. Henderson is the Founder and Chief Strategy Officer at Plan-It Eboni, LLC. 

She has a passion for helping people think more critically about self-awareness, inclusion, and equity.

Although Eboni enjoys working with diverse personality types, one of her primary goals is to help people recognize and overcome unconscious biases associated with introverted personality traits.

Eboni encourages clients to use personality awareness to foster work and social environments where people can feel included, motivated, productive, and valued.​​​​

Eboni's professional background includes experience in workforce development, corporate training, instructional design, and higher education.

Credentials Include:

  • M.S. Degree in Adult Education with a concentration in Instructional Design 

  • Graduate Certificate in Human Resource Development with a concentration in Learning & Development

  • B.S. Degree in Business 

  • Certified Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI®) Practitioner 

  • Certified Psychological Safety Coach and Trainer

  • Certified Professional Coach (CPC)

  • Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) training

Eboni is also a published researcher who has contributed to the field of Human Resource Development by producing a body of work that details the importance of personality-centered professional development, inclusive professional development program design, and equitable workplace practices for introverted employees.​​

Plan-It Eboni is a personality-based training and development company. It was established in 2017 to encourage people to honor the unique differences between the way introverts and extraverts work, interact, learn, and lead.
