WHAT DOES PERSONALITY-BASED MEAN?
At Plan-It Eboni, when we talk about personality, we concentrate on the differences associated with introverted and extraverted traits and behaviors.
Because personality is first here, all services begin with gaining an understanding of each potential client's personality traits. This is achieved by conducting personality-centered conversations (via discovery video calls) and potentially asking you to complete a personality assessment (e.g. the MBTI®) to help us understand your personal preferences and work style.

WHAT IS EXECUTIVE COACHING?
The International Coach Federation defines coaching as a partnership in which the client engages in a thought-provoking and creative process with a coach that inspires them to maximize their personal and professional potential (Association for Talent Development).
Executive coaching applies this premise to clients who are current or aspiring high-ranking organizational leaders/entrepreneurs .

PRICING: HOW MUCH ARE YOUR SERVICES?
Since many of Plan-It Eboni's services are customizable, prices vary based on a variety of factors including, the service type, scope of project, number of participants, materials needed, etc. Because of this, group training and consulting prices are not predetermined.
CAN I TAKE THE MBTI FOR FREE?
In short, no. The MBTI® is a paid assessment produced by The Myers-Briggs Company. There are no complimentary versions available at this time.
